Catterline, Kinneff & Dunnottar Community Council

The next meeting of CKDCC (27th Jan 2009 at 7.30 in Catterline School) will discuss the proposals recently made by developers and landowners for possible inclusion in the next Local Development Plan, as well as other areas that the community might wish to see included in the plan.

Aberdeenshire Council have asked Community Councils for help in identifying other areas, over and above those already identified by developers, that the community might wish to be evaluated as part of the site search process.

There is a full list of the proposals already submitted on the Aberdeenshire Council's web site, although this list seems to still be subject to change as late submissions are added. For convenience, direct links to maps of the areas already submitted in the CKDCC area are shown at the bottom of this article.

Although some of these, such as "Stonehaven South", have been in public view for some time, many others have not benefited from any community discussion. This include several very large area near Stonehaven, as well as smaller areas near Catterline, Kinneff and Mill of Uras.
