Catterline, Kinneff & Dunnottar Community Council

Members of Catterline, Kinneff and Dunnottar Community Council attended the public exhibition for the proposed development around East Newtonleys in the parish of Dunnottar. The brochure outlining the plans, which include 1000 houses, a supermarket, health centre, primary school and other community resources, can be downloaded from Bancon Developments web site.

Plans are at an early stage at the moment and the developers - Bancon Developments, Stewart Milne and Dunecht Estates - are just starting the process. They are currently seeking input from the community, and as the site is entirely within the boundary of CKDCC we are well placed to influence the way the development proceeds.
