Hillhead of Auquhirie Wind TurbinesNeil Lindsay of Macaulay Enterprises Ltd will be attending the next public meeting of the community council (26th Feb - 19:30 in Catterline School) to begin the process of engagement and consultation with CKDCC and the local community as they prepare the Environmental Impact Assessment for the proposed wind farm at Hillhead of Auquhirie (APP/2006/1777). He will be giving a short presentation to outline the project and is keen to discuss what approach they should take to local dialog and any specific concerns that can be addressed. If you have any concerns that you'd like to raise, please either come along to the meeting, write or email us or speak to one of your community councillors. Next MeetingThe Community Council meets in Catterline School at 7.30 pm on the last Tuesday of the month, except for the months of July, August and December. The AGM is held after the ordinary meeting in March. The next public meeting of the Community Council will be on Tuesday, 28 February 2012.
