Speed limit

Is it possible for the 20 mph speed restriction to commence at the Mains of Catterline? The blind bend to the bridge is inherently dangerous and children walk this way every day. Because of the severity of the corner no one should be going any faster than 15 - 20 mph anyway and the restriction will act as a guide to road users.
